Refund policy

All Fresca Vibes pieces are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please email hello@frescavibes.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund if your claim is approved.

We encourage customers to review the size guide carefully before placing an order, as each item is produced specifically for you.
